Lori serves as Vice President of Operations for Howard Hanna Outer Banks Realty, bringing over two decades of real estate expertise to her role. Licensed since 2004, she offers a comprehensive background in both sales and leadership, having held key positions including Broker-in-Charge and Director of Administration. Her commitment to professional excellence is reflected in her industry designations: Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX).

At the core of Lori’s leadership philosophy is a dedication to service, integrity, and education. She is deeply committed to delivering exceptional service to clients, fostering a supportive and empowering environment for brokers, and upholding a thorough understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. Under her guidance, agents are equipped with the tools, training, and mentorship needed to build sustainable and successful careers.
